Launched in beta mode in June, TidalTV offers the look and feel of television and includes a wide selection of channels such as Sports Illustrated and Classic College Sports.

Other programming providers include CBS, NBC News, MSNBC, National Geographic Channel, HGTV, Food Network, DIY Network, Fine Living Network, TV Guide Network, The Wall Street Journal Digital Network, the Weather Channel and more.

TidalTV is free with no player to download, and includes a daily guide created by a team of programmers who update the schedule based on current events, popularity and other factors. There is also a “My Faves” section that allows users to create personalized playlists.

At top left is a screen grab from the Web site. For a closer look, see www.tidaltv.com.
