Posted Jun 25, 2008

One day, one million runners, 25 cities, and 25 top musical acts join in an unprecedented new race experience.

On August 31, Nike's 10K Human Race will span multiple continents; and with Nike+ you can track your miles from anywhere, and participate even if you don't live in one of the 25 race cities. Some of the international race courses will take runners past famous landmarks such as the LA Coliseum, Taipei 101 (the world’s tallest building), Mexico City’s historic center and the Puerta del Sol in Madrid.

Run in the Nike+ Human Race 10k on Randall’s Island and represent New York. Training runs are currently taking place and the field is limited, so sign up now at nikeplus.com. 8/31. Race for New York. Learn more about joining the global running community at www.nikeplus.com.

Building Speed in the Off-Season

Psst! You want to go fast? I mean really fast, faster than you ever imagined was possible? You don't need to buy anything. You don't need to take any special esoteric supplements or drugs. You don't have to do any special Kenyan workout. It's very simple, and yet, it's very hard.

Octoberber Gear Check

Great gear for fall fun.
