City Coach Multipsort is going country and holding a triathlon training camp in Rhineback, N.Y. May 16-18 for duathletes and triathletes of all levels.

Staff includes world record holder and triple Ironman champion Christopher Bergland, former Chelsea Piers Aquatics Director Robert Watson, and City Coach President Jonathan Cane.In addition, local elites Edie Perkins, Lauren Beam and Nate Horne will be on hand as group leaders.  The camp will include 2-3 daily coached workouts, underwater swim video, and 1-2 daily skills and strategy workshops.

Rhineback is approximately two hours north of Manhattan via car or railroad, and provides great opportunities for training on lightly traveled roads and trails. The swims will be held in a 6-lane 25-yard pool being used exclusively by camp participants. More info is available by calling City Coach at 718-832-BIKE or at www.citycoach.org.
